Shipping policy

We process orders within 24 hours of an order being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. 

All orders ship from Alabaster, Alabama. We use the United States Postal Service to ship all orders, but reserve the right to change carriers if necessary. 

Free standard shipping on all orders that are over $100. The $100 is pre-tax and after any discounts have been applied. 

Standard shipping will provide an estimated delivery date of 3-7 business days after shipment. 

Standard Shipping applies to all 50 United States including P.O. Boxes.

We process all orders as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind there may be slight delays during sale events, holiday shopping and even peak shopping days. 

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You may then track your package from the USPS website or shipment provider.

We are not responsible for:

-Carrier delays

-Duties or customs charges

-Returned package due to incorrect or undeliverable address

-Lost, damaged, misdelivered, or packages marked as delivered. If you need to file a claim, please contact the specific carrier.
